OFFICIAL RULES OF THE PONTE VEDRA BEACH ROTARY FOUNDATION RAFFLE
- This raffle is conducted by the Ponte Vedra Beach Rotary Foundation a 501(c)(3) organization with Federal Tax ID #59-2566435 Registration #CH32802 and located at Marsh Landing Country Club Ponte Vedra Beach, Fl 32082 or PO Box 70 Ponte Vedra Beach, Fl 32084
- The prize will be purchased by the Ponte Vedra Beach Rotary Foundation, Inc. for the purpose of this raffle.
- Winner will be chosen at random at Event on April 7, 2018. The winning name will be announced and posted at the Event immediately after the Drawing and published online at the Event website following the Event.
- All winners must be over 18 years of age.
- Prizes are not transferable, nor redeemable for cash.
- All applicable state and federal taxes resulting from any award of prizes are the responsibility of the winner.
- The winner must select one vacation trip from the 5 trips offered within 120 days following the Raffle. The winner shall select the vacation trip by calling 904.254-8153 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If prize is not claimed within the allotted time frame, all proceeds may be donated to the PVR Foundation.
